If you've been counting, you would know that yesterday was my wedding anniversary. 13 years! Time flies by. Seeing as yesterday was a Monday and not a cool day like Friday or Saturday (sorry Monday), we took the kids out for dinner and that was about it. It was a nice day, just like the day we got married only yesterday I was not head to toe in lace. =) I actually had a job interview earlier that morning and I attended a luncheon for a friend who is leaving the state. I even managed to get in some calligraphy. Confirmations this weekend in our church... say a prayer for these young people.
I am looking forward to this Saturday when my husband and I are going on a date for our anniversary. I feel as though I haven't seen him in ages. He is working OT and now he is sick (so I'm keeping my distance - I don't want it too!). I hope he will feel better by this weekend!
I have a feeling this year will be the luckiest year of our marriage. =)
